Use number instead of string for weapon slot type in configs
...
This is consistent with the rest of the weapon configs.
It also avoids issues with using isNumber or getNumber to check slot
type in scripts.

New config variable dayz_toolBreaking
...
Tool breaking is disabled by default.
Also made all scripts use Epoch sledge, which is a different model from
vanilla sledge.
PK_DZ was a duplicate of the new PKM_DZ.
