Bandit vendor is no longer black market vendor. Black market vendor in
the south trader city. Hero Vendor knocked down to one vendor and extra
vendor removed. Server traders completely re-configured to tidy up the
server traders SQF

Panthera Updates to Traders/Markers/Triggers
...
Added repair guy to planica, Repair guy and Vehicle Vendors added to the
Island in the north west. Fire barrel added to AWOLS airfield vendor.
All folding tables have had simulation disabled to prevent bouncing if
bumped into or shot.

Traders have come together and made two trader cities. Others have moved
