ebaydayz bf75e56858 Remove 1.0.5_Updates.sql

Updates that were in the 1.0.5.1 release are now included in the main
epoch.sql file, since all servers should have applied them by now.

All new updates since 1.0.5.1 release are now in 1.0.6_Updates.sql.
