A Man b1e77a3993 Remove gsc_cloth_loner_head_DZ and skin due model issues

Server admins should remove this skin as soon as possible if it got added.

To customize config traders copy this CfgServerTrader folder to your mission.

Then in description.ext replace this line:
#include "\z\addons\dayz_code\Configs\CfgServerTrader\CfgServerTrader.hpp"
with this:
#include "CfgServerTrader\CfgServerTrader.hpp"
