Epoch no longer overwrites nor uses STR_EQUIP_DESC_43. Also the winter ghillie suit from namalsk is part of epoch since epoch 1.0.7.

Also streamlining the names of certain items like fuel cans, fish, meat with a status indicator behind the name.
Fix some wrong description strings.
