c4919d65e5 Add epoch right click actions to Epoch Core 
The right click menu made by Mudzereli and updated by Salival is part of epoch now. It gets only loaded if the DZE_CLICK_ACTIONS is not empty.

e85f6ad1b5 Consolidate transfusion scripts 
Consolidated transfusion and transfusion_noBloodTypes to one script.

Selfbloodbag.sqf will never run if DZE_selftransfuse = false; because
the right click action is hidden.

Total blood quantity is now added in 1/4 increments during self bloodbag
as intended instead of all at once.

debb714277 object_setFixServer -> fnc_veh_setFixServer 
Fnc_veh_handleRepair is a new version of fnc_veh_setFixServer with extra
handling. It is used in salvage and some other scripts, but not
server_monitor.

e54b9983dd Replace forEach with Count 
Use count where you do not need _forEachIndex variable, it's quicker
than forEach.

22bfba6573 Add optional self transfuse 
Right click on blood bag, if enable it will show the self transfuse
button.
Currently replenishes all blood.
May be used once every 5 minutes.
