Update Cessnas

Browse Source 
Add armed cessna with rockets and twin m60.
Also add cessna amphibian. the fps bug should be fixed but it cannot land any longer on water.
Fix sound bug of the cessna that it could be heared from very far away. Thx @Schalldampfer
Increase gear slots of the cessna.
