Add Remington ACRs

- Add 96 different ACRs in 4 different colors
- Complete attachment support
- All weapons have a flashlight
- TWS versions and TWS scope are sell only and have the same scope as the L85A2 TWS
- NV versions can switch between NV and Holo, also have military flashlight
