Fix sedan and skoda getOut sound
Fixes RPT error when exiting skoda and sedan: Cannot load sound 'ca\sounds\vehicles\wheeled\sedan\ext\ext-sedan-getout-1.wss' Cannot load sound 'ca\sounds\vehicles\wheeled\bus\int\noise3.wss'
